You must be 18 years old or older to purchase knives from this site and your order is your declaration that you are over 18.
Knives available on this site are for kitchen use, as everyday work instruments, or for collecting. None of the knives on this site are automatic or assisted opening knives or knives intended to be used as weapons.
Knives can cause harm if used improperly or if allowed to fall into the hands of minors or others who may not use due care. As a purchaser, it is your responsibility to ensure that knives are used safely and stored out of the reach of such persons. If you are unfamiliar with how to open and close knives safely, please consult an experienced knife expert or contact the manufacturer.
Some knives have strong closing action. When closing a knife, ensure that your fingers and hand are clear of the closing blade.
You alone are responsible to ensure that the purchase of knives is legal in your state or town. Knife laws vary and your purchase is confirmation to us that you have informed yourself that the knives purchased are legal in the jurisdiction where the knives are to be sent.
Returns
Please contact us immediately to discuss a return. There are limited returns on customs knives.
Methods of Payment.
We have a secure link in our shopping cart. Look for the little padlock to show up on your browser. This verifies you have a safe, secure link.
We use square payment as our credit card processor.
We can also take checks and money orders. Simply place your order, mail us the check or money order and we'll ship your goods. Personal checks will require a few days to clear unless you make other arrangements with us. We currently accept VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
Payment on account. Sorry on account of us being small, we don't have the ability to offer credit.

Knife making is inherently dangerous by the nature of the end product and the processes used to create cutlery. It is expected that the purchaser of any supply Tippy Customs,LLC understand the proper use of the equipment, the products and supplies Tippy Customs, LLC may sell you. Further, it is your obligation to be entirely responsible for your own personal safety and liability to yourself and any others that may be affected by your fabrication of any edged tool or weapon. If you are a beginning knife maker you are urged to get instruction from an experienced knife maker.
